Our not-so hidden policies:

 

We encourage you to schedule your tutoring session for the best and most convenient time for you! However, please understand that we are a new company and may sometimes ask to alter your appointment slightly. We will never do this without your knowledge and we will always do our best to accommodate your requested time.

 

There is a $15 surcharge if scheduling an tutoring appointment less than 48 hours away from the the time of booking. This surcharge is to assure that there is a tutor available on such short notice. You will not be charged this surcharge if it turns out we cannot meet your request.
